We offer complimentary, fully insured door-to-door courier delivery on all orders across South Africa.
1. Complimentary Premium Delivery
Because we believe the luxury experience begins the moment you complete your order, shipping is entirely complimentary. There are no hidden fees or minimum spend thresholds applied at checkout.
Please note: To guarantee secure delivery, our couriers require a physical address and a signature upon arrival. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
2. Processing & Delivery Timelines
  • Bespoke Order Processing: Every piece is meticulously inspected and hand-packaged at our Randburg atelier. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and South African public holidays). An elegant confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your order is finalized.
  • Transit Expectations: We partner exclusively with premium express services via The Courier Guy to ensure prompt transit. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:
    • Gauteng & Major Cities (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, Gqeberha): 1 to 3 business days.
    • Regional & Outlying Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
3. White-Glove Tracking
As soon as your parcel is dispatched from our central hub, you will receive a sophisticated shipping confirmation email featuring a dedicated tracking portal managed through Bob Go. This allows you to monitor your package’s journey in real-time, right to your doorstep.
4. Delivery Protocol
Our courier partners deliver between 08:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday.
  • Please ensure that you, or a designated representative, are available at your specified address to receive and sign for your package.
  • For corporate or office deliveries, kindly provide the exact business name, suite, or building floor details during checkout to guarantee flawless delivery.
5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Your garments are fully insured during transit. In the rare event that your luxury packaging arrives compromised or structurally damaged, please take a photograph immediately and contact our concierge service at softcandy427@gmail.com


within 24 hours so we can prioritize an immediate replacement or resolution for you.
